New deadly virus in 3,2,1…

As expected and as we have already warned about, new strains or completely new viruses are starting to pop up around the globe. These seem to be much more deadly and so far, no report confirms them to be the now common H1N1 type.

It is also interesting to see that cases of H1N1 are said to peak in areas where the vaccination against it just have started. This is true for the US, Canada and Sweden.

We suspect that new viruses, much more deadly than the H1N1 are being spread intentionally in a "shock and awe" tactic to complete the takeover of most states and to establish a One World Government with a One World currency and a One World military.

It seems China might get an important position in this new power structure. China could easily destroy the US economy and might have chosen to use that leverage to position itself better in the New World Order.

Now is the time to see to that you have vitamine C, vitamine D3, MMS (Miracle Mineral Solution) and Colloidal silver available. The new viruses might spread fast, piggy back riding on the H1N1 vaccinations.

I am not a doctor, so take this list with a pinch of salt and make up your own mind but study first. Read, save to hard disks, CDs and print out on paper any useful information before it disappears from the Internet and book shops. Before local health shops have to close down or limit their advertisments because of Codex Alimentarius etc.. These doctors mentioned above have What to Do lists both for protection against viruses and for situations where a victim has been forced to take an injection of Squalene or Thimerosal, There is also special advice on the Internet as a whole for Recovery after getting a severe form of H1N1 etc. What to Do before getting an injection and what to do immediately after an injection, or immediately after breathing in a Flumist vaccination. Drink enough extremely clean water, distilled, R/O water, or better Zam Zam water or water from Lourdes etc. that is packed with organic minerals. Distilled water, R/O water does not have minerals. Minerals in normal water is mostly in the wrong non-organic form so they are useless anyway so filter them away with at least a carbon filter unless you drink unpolluted mountain water etc. I have tried to differentiate between effects of different forms of minerals at http://www.betterdietislam.com/orgminerals.html Probiotics. Good bacteria in the intestines prepare our food and manufacture vitamin B, K etc. Stop smoking. Avoid Omega 6 rich food like oils from corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean, canola and peanut oils, junk food etc. Vitamin C something like 1,000 mg per day. When you have an uneasy feeling in your throat and you don’t know if you have a flu, cold or not, take 1,000 mg every hour. (Buffered, time release vitamin C. Can be synthetic). until the symptoms get away or you get the cold. Go back to normal dosage if you have the illness. Unless it get's really bad in which case you can consider mega dosages in IV form. Vitamin E (especially TocoTrienol) from natural sources The Vitamins in vitamin shops are in general synthetic made by the same pharmaceutical industry as make vaccinations and in general not very efficient or could even be bad for health. But if you know what to look for, preferably natural vitamins, you can sometimes find the good vitamins also in some vitamin shops. Vitamin C is all right if it is synthetic. For short time use one can take synthetic vitamins. (I repeat I am not a doctor) Exercise something like 30 minutes at least every day. Start slowly if you are not used to exercise. Reduce Stress like doing Qi Gong, Yoga, Meditation, Long de-stressing walks preferably in Sunshine Organic food preferably raw. Milk Thistle and Dandelion to help your liver perform it’s several hundreds of tasks to keep your blood clean and rinse out poisons, temporarily store poisons, store vitamin A etc. etc. Zinc in organic form e.g. from organic Pumpkin seeds Enough Sleep Omega 3 and DHA fish oil 2/ GOOD AGAINST FLU, COLDS AND GOOD FOR A BETTER IMMUNITY DEFENSE: (God willing) All under 1/ above and the list below Please note that Vitamin D3 is very important in all situations. The Flu season normally starts when the sun is away and so does many other diseases. Stay away from Fluoride in tooth pastes and medicines and tap water etc. Stay away from Chlorine in drinking water Stay away from Aluminum in drinking water etc. Stay away from Schampoo etc. that has long lists of synthetic ingredients. Wash your hair with an egg instead if you cannot get a good schampoo. Stay away from other New World Order poisons like Aspartame, MSG and poisons extracted from repeated use of plastic bottles etc. Eliminate or reduce sugar. But don’t take Equal, Aspartame, Splenda etc. which are poisons from the same group of people that invented the new vaccines Eliminate or reduce processed food as much as possible, but have some part of your food cooked especially in the beginning if your body is not used to only raw organic food yet. Avoid crowded places like waiting rooms in hospitals, since that’s where we might breathe in viruses. Don’t touch, mouth, nose etc, too much after touching door handles, railings, elevator buttons etc. in crowded places. But all this religious things that are on this page is annoying. I dont belive in God or Satan and I dont belive any of them have anything to do with what is going on. I say this as one of these folks who is guilty, who does type in so-called spiritual aspects from time to time. I look at it this way: if it helps, look into it more deeply, and if it doesn't, don't. For me, these thoughts are the only things keeping me calm and sane (yet some of my best friends tell me to keep my big yap shut, before unleashing their own pet theories on everything from sheep cloning to time travel to intergalactic freighters bound for Mars).
