According to WHO, the "swine flu" H1N1 virus is so new that it counts as a deadly threat to us and a pandemic level 6 declaration is justified.
However, three of the major pharmaceutical companies that sat as "observers" on WHO's vaccine advisory board which recommended their "swine flu" jabs to fight the swine flu "pandemic" in July filed patents for a "swine flu" vaccine long before the virus appeared allegedly for the first time in Mexico in April 2009.
Baxter, Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline filed patents in 2008 and 2006.
