Four Belgian expectant mothers are intending to file legal action against the Belgium government for ordering GlaxoSmithKline Pandemrix swine flu jabs with the adjuvant, squalene, for pregnant women in spite of the lack of clinical data on safety and in spite of the scientific evidence squalene is dangerous, according to RTBF.

Canada has ordered 200,000 doses of the swine flu jab without adjuvants for pregnant women over safety concerns.

Quatre femmes enceintes ont intenté une action en référé contre l'État belge pour réclamer la mise à disposition de vaccins sans adjuvant. Ce n'est pas le cas du Pandemix, seul vaccin disponible en Belgique, un contrat d'exclusivité ayant été signé entre le gouvernement et GSK.

Cette action en référé nous a été communiquée par Initiative Citoyenne qui soutient la démarche. Initiative citoyenne est une association qui réclame plus de transparence et d'informations sur l'efficacité et les risques du vaccin. Elle rappelle que "la Belgique a conclu un contrat exclusif avec le fabricant de vaccins GSK pour l'achat du vaccin pandémique adjuvanté (avec squalène) Pandemrix" alors que "des critiques s'élèvent partout dans le monde pour dénoncer l'absence totale d'évaluation sérieuse d'un vaccin avec ce type d'adjuvant, notamment chez les femmes enceintes". Et de citer l'exemple du Canada qui a acheté 200 000 doses de vaccins sans adjuvants pour les femmes enceintes.

Des recommandations contre le Pandemrix

Initiative Citoyenne explique également qu'en France, le Haut Conseil de Santé publique recommande d'utiliser un vaccin sans adjuvant pour les femmes enceintes. Quant à l'agence suisse du médicament Swissmedic, elle n'autorise pas l'usage du vaccin adjuvanté Pandemrix pour les moins de 18 ans, les femmes enceintes et les plus de 60 ans, est-il écrit.

Un manque d'impartialité

Dans son communiqué, l'association critique la ministre de la Santé, Laurette Onkelinx, qui "n'a cessé de vanter le squalène pour son absolue sécurité. Elle a continué de confondre les effets de cette molécule prise par voie orale avec ceux de la même molécule quand elle est injectée".

Le 3 novembre dernier, le Groupement des Gynécologues Obstétriciens de Langue Française de Belgique a fait savoir "qu'il recommande vivement, à l'instar de la cellule Influenza, l'usage du vaccin avec adjuvant de GSK chez les femmes enceintes estimant que les risques sont faibles et non chiffrables". "Mais", écrit Initiative Citoyenne, ce que tout le monde ne sait pas, "c'est que cette association professionnelle compte la firme GSK parmi ses "sponsors 2009"".

Un courrier sans réponse

Un courrier a été envoyé le 3 novembre dernier à la ministre Onkelinx par des deux femmes enceintes. "N'ayant pas reçu de réponse dans les délais habituels et estimant qu'elles encouraient un préjudice pour leur santé, ces femmes ont décidé, rejointes par deux autres femmes enceintes, d'intenter une action en référé contre l'état belge. Ce qu'elles demandent c'est la mise à disposition de vaccins sans adjuvant. Au nom du principe de précaution, tout simplement", est-il écrit.

Une démarche soutenue par Initiative Citoyenne qui "estime que le choix de ces femmes doit pouvoir être respecté".

Notons qu'Initiative Citoyenne précise qu'elle n'est pas un groupement anti-vaccins mais avant tout "un collectif partisan du libre arbitre".

sandy 2009-11-14 18:08:15 I live in Toronto Canada and was 4 1/2 wks pregnant when i got the H1N1 shot on Tuesday, I started spotting on Wednesday and by Thursday night started bleeding heavily, then started getting cramps. It's Saturday and I am still bleeding. I am pretty sure I have miscarried. I have had 2 full term pregnancies and no history of miscarriages. So i am definitely thinking the shot had something to do with my loss...i should have researched before getting it. Although no definite conclusion could be reached, regarding a possible relation to treatment with the H5N1 vaccine and/or the adjuvant ASO3, and other findings were considered normal, the following observations deserve to be mentioned: In the first study, there was an increased incidence of fetal malformations with markedly medially thickened kinked ribs and bent scapula as well as an increased incidence of dilated ureter and delayed neurobehavioral maturation. In the second study, there was an increased incidence of post-implantation loss, and the fetal variation of dilated ureter. IN THAT CASE Anonym 2009-11-14 20:35:12 take immediate steps to try to minimize the impact on your 3 year old son. If you act quickly you may be able to ameliorate the damage. Adjuvants are not the same as preservatives, which the non adjuvanted vaccines still have in very high doses well above those recommended for food. So it may be that you have been assured that you may (or may not) have had squalene, which induced auto-immune disease, but you will still have had the rest of the additives, mercury (thermerasil), detergent (Tween 80), formaldehyde (formalin), MSG, antifreeze, aluminium, etc. As with anyone poisoned, you and your son will need to take the antidote, including high doses of C and D3, but really you need to talk to those who are aware of all that is necessary for the antidote, for you and for your son, right away. GlaxoSmithKline 12 BABIES DIED AFTER Fesprosa trial vaccines 2009-11-14 22:10:18 At least a dozen babies have died in a pneumonia vaccine trial conducted by GlaxoSmithKline in Argentina. The Argentina Federation of Health Professionals (Fesprosa) asserts that children of poor families are being used for the trials, and parents are bullied into signing consent forms. The trials are still continuing, even though at least 12 infants have already died. Fesprosa maintains that there is no state control and that there are no ethical requirements. This doesn't come as any surprise to those who know how these kinds of human trials usually occur. Generally speaking, vaccine trials are conducted in Third World countries on poor people who often feel trapped into participating in human health experiments in order to receive medical care or other necessities. One doesn't find these kinds of experiments going on in places like the United States or Europe, where names and faces of victims would surely get out into the media and cause a big stir. Instead, the infants of impoverished people, who often can't even read or write, are used in the trials. Jane's site had a mission statement that was too radical. The email also implied that there was a big debate on the topic. I'm curious to know what happened after I posted on that forum. Iatrogenesis(death from medical treatment) has been rife for years but no one takes any notice. The facts have been there for as long as I can remember... doctors and the medical industry kill more people than all other forms of fatalities combined.
